1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of ClaimRestored (this website and its tools), operated by LossIntel Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using ClaimRestored you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What ClaimRestored is — and is not

ClaimRestored is a documentation and information tool for Florida property-insurance claims. It helps you see public data about your property and storm, organize the facts of your loss, understand statutory deadlines, and assemble claim documents. You stay in control: you file your own claim, send your own letters, and make your own decisions.

  • We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Nothing here is legal advice or a legal opinion, and using ClaimRestored does not create an attorney-client relationship. For legal guidance, consult a licensed Florida attorney — our help page lists free and paid ways to reach one.
  • We are not a public adjusting firm and do not adjust or negotiate claims on your behalf. ClaimRestored does not act as your representative with your insurance carrier.
  • AI can be wrong. Analyses are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors or omissions. Deadline information is informational — verify anything you rely on against your policy and official sources before acting.

3. Price

ClaimRestored's web product is currently offered at no charge. There is nothing to buy on this site today. If paid services launch in the future, their price and terms will be presented to you clearly before you pay anything.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful information about your loss. Submitting false information to an insurer can lead to claim denial and legal consequences.
  • Review every document you assemble here before you send it to anyone. You are the sender; we are the drafting table.
  • Keep your account credentials to yourself, and use the “✕ Leave site” button if you are on a shared device.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ClaimRestored to submit fraudulent claims, to violate any law, to probe or disrupt the service, or to attempt access to anyone else's data.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any claim outcome or settlement amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of ClaimRestored shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (today, $0), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: your claim lives on your device by default, and nothing reaches our servers without a specific action from you.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You can stop using ClaimRestored at any time, and the Privacy Policy describes how to erase your data when you do.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before pursuing any legal claim, please contact us at support@claimrestored.com — we will try to resolve the issue directly.
